This service is exclusively for loyal clients. Once your space has been organized you can schedule short maintenance visits
Each organization session begins with a complimentary consultation to better assess your space and discuss your organizational goals. Afterward, a plan will be customized for you and a project start date scheduled.
Organizing Service Includes
No-Judgment
Complimentary consultation
Personal product shopping/shopping assistance
Formulation/Implementation of personalized and sustainable systems/solutions
Coordination with optional contractors/contracted services for product installation
Customized basic labeling
1 carload haul-away of unwanted items (no trash)
Post-session walkthrough to ensure client satisfaction
One follow-up correspondence
60 minutes total travel time. Additional time is billed at the hourly rate.
Orchidz Operandi
Consultation: We'll start with a 30-minute virtual or telephone meeting to assess your needs.
Edit: The in-person session involves purging and decluttering unneeded items. From this point we can better assess what's left and assign it a home
Product Suggestions/Shopping: Suggestions for organizational products will be made based on your needs and space, then they will be shopped for and purchased based on our specific agreement.
Systems: Orchidz Organizing will work with you to create long-term organizational systems that fit your needs and lifestyle.
Walk-through: We will go over the result and ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
Follow-up: Orchidz Organizing will follow-up within a few weeks to see how your new systems and space are working for you.
Pricing and Packages
All bookings require a deposit and signed agreement
Packages are valid for 6 months, require a signed agreement, and are non-refundable
Hourly Rate: $40 with a minimum of 3 hours
Orderly Package - $450
Small-Medium Projects
30-minute consultation
Shopping consultation
12 hours of hands-on organizing (may be broken into two 6-hour sessions)
Additional hourly rate is $40
$200 deposit, balance due upon project completion
VIP Package - $600
Medium-Large Projects
30-minute consultation
Shopping consultation
16 hours of hands-on organizing (may be broken into two 8-hour sessions)
Additional hourly rate is $40

VIP Plus Package - $745
